The reason I decided to draw this tree is
because of the tree we have in backyard.

At that time,
I was uncertain about what to draw next
then suddenly noticed the tree.

I perceived the full of energy and lives
and those autumn leaves were GORGEOUS.

Then I looked down...
I found those fallen leaves on the ground.

They gave me this impression ;
they've fulfilled their roles in this planet
and now it's time for them to leave.

I found it beautiful more than anything
so I had to include them in my art work.

New Life and Life to leave,
they are both equally precious and beautiful.

この絵を描くきっかけとなったのは、
家の庭にある樹を眺めていたからです。

何だか語りかけて来ているような気がして、
描いてみようと思いました。

紅葉が美しい時期で、
生命に溢れて美しいなぁと眺めていました。

しかし、
ふと下を見ると沢山の落ち葉がありました。

お役目を終えて、樹を離れていく姿は
何よりも美しいと感じその姿も絵に残しました。

生まれる命に、去る命、
どちらも儚く、平等に美しいのだと思います。
